Our experience with Humphrey’s was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey’s and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.
Lee helped us install a new AC unit and yall met every single expectation. He helped us out and I couldn’t be any more happy. Thank you so much. He even played with my dogs and helped fix the air duct to help air flow for the dogs room. Thank you so much!
I phoned Andy last week and he came within two-hours to estimate the residential changeout job. By end of day, Andy sent an estimate. This week our new American Standard replacement unit was installed. The team was courteous, helpful and professional. Special shout out Luis and Justin, as they labored without complaint and did yeoman’s work.
