Highly recommend! Cameron was our technician and he was extremely thorough in walking me through everything that was done to our unit. He was prompt, polite and very professional! They were very easy to communicate with, from scheduling to letting me know time of arrival. We will definitely continue to use Humphrey AC and recommend their services.

Called on a Friday morning around 8:30AM. AC was cycling, but blower fan wouldn’t turn on. Owner dispatched someone for that day and he was there by 10AM. He was very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. Had to change the blower motor. He changed it and I even had him install a digital thermostat for me (that wasn’t on the original call). Loved dealing with this company.
Humphrey AC is a very professional crew that was very straightforward and courteous with me about my air conditioning system and the equipment they installed has been great. I would most definitely recommend them to anybody out there in a heartbeat.

The outside unit on my ac stopped working last week and I called and spoke with Andy Cody at 645 am. He was at my home before lunch and had my air going pretty fast but told us that we needed a new unit, (this one was 18 1/2 yo). We set up with him to have a new unit installed on July 5th. He called me Monday and said he had a crew that was finished and if we wanted them to come on out. We asked him about some duct work that was bad and if he could have them look at it and possibly fix it? Justin and Bo are the team that came out and they had everything done in very good time and everything is working great!!!!! I give all of them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. A1 customer service!

I called Andy and he was here and done within an hour. He can diagnose the problem within minutes and has the right parts to fix it. He is always willing to go above and beyond to keep us comfortable.
