Called on a Friday morning around 8:30AM. AC was cycling, but blower fan wouldn’t turn on. Owner dispatched someone for that day and he was there by 10AM. He was very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. Had to change the blower motor. He changed it and I even had him install a digital thermostat for me (that wasn’t on the original call). Loved dealing with this company.

A special thank you to Chandler Satterfield! He was knowledgeable, respectful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer feels confident and taken care of.

Andy came to our new home. Professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Gave us more then one option. This company is easy to contact and returns calls within a short time. Will be having them install 2 new units and set up a new shop units also.

On Saturday my AC went out. I thought for sure it would be at least until Monday before someone was able to come look at it. I called Humphrey Air in the morning and by noon Andy and Chandler were at my house. Within an hour tops they found the problem, fixed the problem, and had our house nice and cool again! I can’t recommend them enough! 5 stars isn’t enough to rate them! (BTW very few owners are working on Saturday’s to make sure their customers are taken care of, but Andy isn’t like most owners!)

The outside unit on my ac stopped working last week and I called and spoke with Andy Cody at 645 am. He was at my home before lunch and had my air going pretty fast but told us that we needed a new unit, (this one was 18 1/2 yo). We set up with him to have a new unit installed on July 5th. He called me Monday and said he had a crew that was finished and if we wanted them to come on out. We asked him about some duct work that was bad and if he could have them look at it and possibly fix it? Justin and Bo are the team that came out and they had everything done in very good time and everything is working great!!!!! I give all of them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. A1 customer service!

We had two mini-split AC / heat units installed in our 1890’s historic home by Humphrey Air Conditioning. They did an excellent, fast and professional job. About a month after installation, one needed a little adjustment and Mr. Humphrey came out immediately and made the adjustment. I highly recommend.

Lightning strike got our indoor unit. Called Humphrey Air Conditioning when we figured out what the Lightning had hit. Andy came same day and fixed it. It had hit the motor, and luckily he had one on his truck! I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Highly recommend Andy Cody for any a/c services you might have. He always takes care of our units at home and at our businesses.
