Our experience with Humphrey’s was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey’s and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.
Andy replaced our old system last yr and he did an awesome job!!! He’s super helpful everytime we have any questions about our system he helps us. We were trying to buy a filter for it and couldn’t remember what size so Scott called Andy and he told us. Thanks so much. The best!!!
