I phoned Andy last week and he came within two-hours to estimate the residential changeout job. By end of day, Andy sent an estimate. This week our new American Standard replacement unit was installed. The team was courteous, helpful and professional. Called at 11:30, Andy was out before 1:00 and had us running back with cool air before 1:30. You really can’t beat the great service that they bring to the table, we will never use another service!

Our experience with Humphrey’s was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey’s and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.
