Great response time technician was professional and knowledgeable. Found the problem and explained the procedure to try and salvage the 19 year old unit. He was successful and saved the unit. Total time from my phone call requesting service until finished 1&1/2 hrs. Very pleased and mama happy!

We have found our permanent A/C company! Andy was very nice and took his time explaining everything to me. He was fast yet efficient!
We had Humphrey AC come out for a furnace issue, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Andy quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that our furnace was unfortunately beyond repair. He provided a clear quote, discussed financing options, and was able to schedule installation of a new unit just two days later.
The installation technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process.
The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. We are extremely pleased with the service, communication, and quality of work. I cannot recommend Humphrey AC highly enough and will gladly use them again for future HVAC needs.
