Our unit failed in July. Humphrey was able to get us a complete new unit quickly and did an excellent job installing the system. I would use them again.

Ive never used Humphreys AC. But I noticed I had a refrigerant leak. When I called, he answered quickly. I explained that I wasn’t in a hurry. And that I knew I needed a new unit but can’t afford it at the moment. He stated he understood, and he could come out within the hour. He was on time and called as he was headed that way. He found the issue immediately. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. (I can’t remember the last time my AC was that cold). But What I really appreciated, is that He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me a new unit. But when I am ready, I will be contacting him! Thank you Andy!

Our experience with Humphrey’s was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey’s and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

Highly recommend Andy Cody for any a/c services you might have. He always takes care of our units at home and at our businesses. He recently installed a unit at the pharmacy and also in the tanning salon. Each time Andy came up with a plan to resolve the issues and executed them in a very prompt and professional manner.
