My wife and I used Humphreys to install two mini splits in our newbuild . The crew that showed up were professional, knowledgeable , Honest and clean . I had some requests in regards to the system install and they did everything they could to make it happen despite some challenges. I would recommend Humphreys to anyone for new install!!!

The outside unit on my ac stopped working last week and I called and spoke with Andy Cody at 645 am. He was at my home before lunch and had my air going pretty fast but told us that we needed a new unit, (this one was 18 1/2 yo). We set up with him to have a new unit installed on July 5th. He called me Monday and said he had a crew that was finished and if we wanted them to come on out. We asked him about some duct work that was bad and if he could have them look at it and possibly fix it? Justin and Bo are the team that came out and they had everything done in very good time and everything is working great!!!!! I give all of them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. A1 customer service!
