These folks are amazing! They were very responsive and professional. Andy diagnosis’s was quick and he had the parts to fix the problem in the same visit. We had a house full of company and he saved the day by getting us back up and running! I would highly recommend this company.

If you’re wondering which AC/Heating company to go with in the area, I highly recommend Humphrey’s over others in the area! Here is my experience: I called 3 other AC places before calling Humphrey’s. One said they didn’t work on mobile homes, another said they didn’t do the kind of work I needed done, and the third was unsure if they could help but would send someone out sometime between 3p-5p. I called Andy and he didn’t hesitate one bit on whether or not he could get the job done. He was at my home in about 1 hour and the issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Humphrey’s and will DEFINITELY be calling them FIRST in the future!

Our experience with Humphrey's was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey's and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

We have been doing business with this company for around 2 years now, after several people suggested them to work on our unit. I can't tell you how many times I've called, needing minor things looked at here and there, and they have always been fast and reliable. We ended up replacing both our outside and inside unit almost a year ago, and this company was far more reasonable than any other company in our area, and we have had absolutely no problems since then. You will not find more dependable, and more importantly, honest people to meet your needs. I wouldn't ever use any other company! So very thankful for them!

They help me with my own home, rentals and client homes. They have always given prompt, quality and affordable service. I think the most important thing has been their honesty. If it’s fixable, they will fix it, if not, they will tell you. They will also tell you that the fix may only be temporary and you should plan for a new unit in the future. They have always been right.
