Ive never used Humphreys AC. But I noticed I had a refrigerant leak. When I called, he answered quickly. I explained that I wasn’t in a hurry. And that I knew I needed a new unit but can’t afford it at the moment. He stated he understood, and he could come out within the hour. He was on time and called as he was headed that way. He found the issue immediately. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. (I can’t remember the last time my AC was that cold). But What I really appreciated, is that He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me a new unit. But when I am ready, I will be contacting him! Thank you Andy!

Humphrey A/C just replaced our old A/C system. Justin and Luis were awesome. They did a great job and our house is now cool again in this August heat….. thanks again!!! If you’re wondering which AC/Heating company to go with in the area, I highly recommend Humphrey’s over others in the area! Here is my experience: I called 3 other AC places before calling Humphrey’s. One said they didn’t work on mobile homes, another said they didn’t do the kind of work I needed done, and the third was unsure if they could help but would send someone out sometime between 3p-5p. I called Andy and he didn’t hesitate one bit on whether or not he could get the job done. He was at my home in about 1 hour and the issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Humphrey’s and will DEFINITELY be calling them FIRST in the future!
